We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Junior HR Business Partner to play a crucial role in establishing and shaping the HR function at our newly established engineering, production, project management and maintenance operations in Bangalore. This is an exciting opportunity to work collaboratively with leadership and employees to build a thriving workplace culture and support the growth and success of Sécheron Hasler Group in India and the Asian region.


Key Responsibilities:


·       Should have 3+ years of experience on IR and Factory act and able to handle statutory compliance independently


·       Guiding employee relations, talent management, organizational development and HR best practices.


·       Lead recruitment efforts for the Indian operation, focusing mainly on Bangalore's main site (and upon request, also provide support for other group sites), including workforce planning, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.


·       Proven experience of handling payroll independently with 3+ years of experience


·       Implement and drive performance management processes to ensure continuous improvement and employee development.


·       Foster an inclusive and diverse work environment that supports employee engagement and well-being.


·       Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions, in compliance with labour laws and company policies as per factory act


·       Collaborate with the company-wide HR team in Switzerland and elsewhere to ensure consistency in HR practices and policies.


·       Drive initiatives related to employee development, training, and career progression.


·       Maintain HR records and ensure data accuracy.
