The incumbent will be a part of an energetic and forward-thinking HR team, driving the HR agenda in the newly setup global technology center.
Job Description
Employee Relations:
- Be a trusted partner for employees and managers, addressing HR queries and providing guidance on company policies and procedures.
- Assist in resolving employee relations issues, promoting a positive, inclusive workplace that supports our tech-driven and agile culture.
Talent Management & Development:
- Support the development and execution of talent management programs, including performance reviews, career pathing, succession planning, and leadership development, ensuring alignment with the fast-evolving needs of the tech industry.
- Collaborate with managers to identify skills gaps and learning opportunities to keep pace with the latest technological advancements.
Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Partner with recruitment consultants to drive a seamless hiring experience that attract top talent
- Assist in onboarding, ensuring new hires are integrated into the company culture and equipped with the tools and support they need to succeed.
- Ensure positions are closed within established TATs.
- Leverage onboarding surveys for new joiners to seek feedback and improve upon the onboarding process thereby ensuring a better employee experience.
HR Strategy & Organizational Growth:
- Support the implementation of HR initiatives that align with the strategic goals of the business and help foster a high-performance, innovation-driven culture.
- Act as a key player in facilitating organizational change and scaling HR processes as the company grows rapidly.
Data & Analytics:
- Keep track of key metrics such as employee turnover, engagement, and workforce demographics. Ensure alignment with the diversity and inclusion goals of the organization.
- Ensure participation in pulse surveys, monitor employee feedback and trends to recommend improvements and boost retention.
Employee Engagement & Culture Building:
- Liaison with the Employee Engagement POC to organize initiatives that enhance employee engagement, such as hackathons, tech talks, wellness programs, and team-building events.
- Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration where employees feel valued and motivated to contribute to cutting-edge projects.
Compliance & Policy:
- Stay up to date on relevant labor laws and tech industry standards to ensure compliance and consistency across the company.
- Assist in maintaining, updating, and enforcing HR policies.
Experience and Education
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources (MBA preferred)
• Minimum 5 – 6 years’ experience in the IT sector
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively manage stakeholders at all levels
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
