Position Title: Junior Game Tester
**Note**: Final Designation/Level will be decided based on the relevant experience and interview ratings 

Department: Quality Control

Mode of Employment: 1 Year Contract (May be extended depending upon availability of role in future)

Job summary: 

Ubisoft India - Pune location, we are looking for passionate, enthusiastic, and ambitious individuals for the role of Junior Game Tester. You will be responsible to test games of different genres on multiple platforms, look for bugs and accurately report them in the database to ensure superior game quality before release.

In this role, you should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and have an eye for detail to identify issues in the game. If you are a team player and passionate about video games in general, then you are the right fit for this role. Ultimately, you will ensure the games quality and will be helping the team in creating a memorable gaming experience for end users. With this job you will get a chance to work with Industry experts from different studios around the globe.

2. Ability to learn, understand and use various platform, game specific, debug related tools available.
3. Functional knowledge of MS Office tools and can use it efficiently in day-to-day work.
4. Basic knowledge of different gaming platforms available in the market.

Preferable Skills: 

1. Familiar with Manual testing methodologies.
2. Experience with any Bug Database (Jira, Dev Track, Bugzilla etc.).
3. Knowledge of bug lifecycle concept.
4. Passion for gaming in various game genres and having played them on various platforms.
5. ISTQB certified in manual Testing & Automation.
