The Challenge
1) Assembly of BIC component as per Work instruction, SOP & HIRA.
2) Achieve production target by putting right effort.
3) Understand assembly drawings & BOM.
4)Maintain 5S at your work area while working
5)Maintain a quality culture for defect free assembly output in production.
6)Maintain optimum resource utilization by having a good co-ordination within team
7)Participate in Improvement Programs: Actively engage in Lean Manufacturing initiatives, Continuous Improvement programs, Compliance and Corporate Governance, and adhere to EHS and Quality guidelines.
We Don’t Need Superheroes, Just Super Minds:
· Qualifications: Diploma in Electrical Engineering with a total experience of 2-3 years, including at least 1 year of experience in BIC assembly.
· Shift Flexibility: Willingness and ability to work in all three shifts.
· Technical Skills: Understanding of manufacturing and assembly drawings.
· EHS Knowledge: Familiarity with environmental health and safety regulations and procedures.
· Lean Manufacturing Expertise: Advanced knowledge of lean principles and techniques to optimize processes and eliminate waste.
