Sr ME Support Tech Operator
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Computer skills – MS office, Auto cad
- Time study, Line balancing, Efficiency improvement
- Knowledge of W/H Manufacturing process. Knowledge of Process Flow, FMEA, Control Plan
- Preparation of plant layout as per the manufacturing sequence
- Calculation of standard time based on the customer data
- Capacity Analysis based on the customer demand
- Product realization
- ECN Implementation
- Development of required tooling for project implementation
- Co-ordination will team for project implementation
- Knowledge of Bill of Materials preparation
- Project planning & implementation
- Preparation of reports (Daily, Monthly). Knowledge of budget
- Knowledge of 5S, Kaizen, TPM, SPC
- Knowledge on VA/VE Activities. Knowledge of quality basic tools
- Basic knowledge on SAP.
Educational Qualification : Diploma Electrical / Mechanical
Language : English, Hindi, Gujarati Etc.
Working experience : Min 3 years’ experience in W/H manufacturing Industry.
