Job Description

Join our collaborative, non-hierarchical Product & Methodology development team and be part of crafting cutting-edge tools and platforms that transform ERP implementation. Immerse yourself in challenging development tasks, using the latest technologies to drive innovation and scalability. Together, let’s build cool products that redefine the ERP industry standard.

Are you an aspiring developer eager to advance your skills in a dynamic, innovation-driven environment? Sprint365 is seeking a Junior Developer to support the development of our digital Productivity Toolbox and ensure seamless functionality across our platforms for both our customers and internal teams.

Who is Sprint365?

We are a bunch of innovative and bold minds working to revolutionize the dusty ERP industry. We are the comet in an industry full of dinosaurs, if we do say so ourselves.

Sprint365 was founded in 2020 in rebellion against the time-consuming projects that characterize the ERP industry. We deliver the ERP system Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, but we do it in a smarter way. Our solution is pre-configured, user-friendly and ready to go, unlike all other players who sell heavy marathon projects where everything must be built from scratch. Using our template-based methodology, we sprint through the implementation at our customers, creating faster business value for all parties. Win-win.

But ERP... what the hell is it?

You sell something to a customer. To deliver what you sold, you need to purchase some materials, add some working hours and arrange for packing and posting before you can send out an invoice. That invoice, along with the cost of materials and hours you used, needs to go into the financial reports to find out if you are making any money from selling your product. Now imagine you are selling 1.000 different products per day from various channels. You probably need a system for handling that. An Enterprise Resource Planning system (ERP) is the integrated financial system that connects a company's key business processes, data, resources and departments.

Think of it as a LEGO set with multiple modules: At Sprint365 we sell the whole set, and we've even built over half of the modules in advance. If you can follow the manual and place a brick now and then, you're all set!

Your role

In the role of Junior Developer, you will play a key role in the ongoing development and maintenance of Sprint365’s Productivity Toolbox. You will collaborate closely with the development team to design, refine, and optimize tools that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with foundational development skills who is eager to grow professionally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Development and Maintenance: Build and enhance tools for the Productivity Toolbox using HTML, .NET, React App and other web development frameworks.
  • Power Platform Development: Develop and optimize applications, workflows, and pages using Microsoft Power Apps and Power Pages.
  • Integration Projects: Assist in integrating the toolbox with external systems to enhance functionality and usability.
  • Troubleshooting and Support: Debug and resolve technical issues, ensuring reliable operation of all toolbox components.
  • Content Optimization: Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the platform content remains relevant, up-to-date, and user-friendly.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay informed about the latest technologies and trends, applying them to enhance the toolbox and related processes.

You won't be handling everything alone—you'll join a dedicated, international team that collaborates seamlessly in a SCRUM framework. This means you'll have the chance to take on responsibilities and tailor the role to your strengths. We also don’t expect you to know everything from day one, our onboarding program will help you settle in. What matters most is your curiosity and willingness to learn.

Who you are

We value both potential and experience. But, to excel in this role, it's definitely a plus if you can relate to some of the following:

  • You have 1-2 years of experience within software development.
  • You have a bachelor's or master's degree from studying a relevant program (e.g. related to programming, engineering or computer science).
  • You have basic knowledge of HTML and web development principles as well as familiarity with .NET programming for web development.
  • You have experience with Microsoft Power Apps and Power Pages.
  • You have a knack for organization and accuracy, ensuring every task is completed to a high standard.
  • You are creative and proactive in finding solutions to challenges, big or small.
  • You have strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting.
  • You have a growth mindset and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.

That said, the job fits you best if...

  • You take ownership and follow through with customer requests and tasks.
  • You can work independently and structured with your tasks.
  • You are systematic and ambitious to deliver a high-quality result on time.
  • You are bold, innovative, and ask questions to your colleagues when in doubt.
  • You are open to learning and developing.
  • You have the courage to work in an international environment.

The team

Our team, which we call Sprinters, comes from many different corners of the world. Even though we are a small team of 30, we are represented in Denmark, Norway, Spain, China and India. Our diverse backgrounds and love for "quirky" profiles set us apart, but we all share big ambitions and a drive to win together. And while we work hard, we make sure to have fun—don't expect to leave an internal meeting without a good laugh!

You'll be working in a SCRUM team with our talented product and platform specialists and developers: Amit, Amalie, Karen, Raghav and Victor, each bringing their own unique skills and energy to the team to help ensure everything runs smoothly. They're always ready to lend a hand – and bring a fresh perspective when you need it!

What we offer

  • Flexible working hours and a hybrid/remote workspace with an office in Hyderabad.
  • Opportunities for professional development in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.
  • Yearly Global Sprint Event where all colleagues come together, e.g. at our office in Copenhagen.
  • The chance to make a real impact in an industry ripe for transformation.
  • The most talented and fun colleagues in the industry.

Are you up for it?
