Experience: 2 to 3 years in civil engineering (construction), preferably in apartment projects
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Junior Civil Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing on-site construction activities, ensuring quality control, and assisting in the execution of construction projects. This role requires a hands-on approach and the ability to work efficiently under the guidance of senior engineers.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee on-site construction activities to ensure they are progressing as per schedule.
- Monitor and maintain quality control while ensuring adherence to design specifications.
- Maintain daily site reports, documentation, and progress updates.
- Assist in planning and executing construction work under senior engineers' supervision.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and workers to ensure timely execution of tasks.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Inspect materials, tools, and work quality to minimize project delays.
- Resolve minor on-site issues and escalate concerns to senior engineers when required.
- Support in quantity estimation, billing, and BOQ verification.
- Work collaboratively with other engineers and project teams to achieve construction goals.
Requirements:- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- 2 to 3 years in civil construction projects
- Strong knowledge of site execution, materials, and quality control.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints.
- Hands-on experience in managing site activities and ensuring work progress.
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools is preferred.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
