On the Job
- Produce creative assets, including graphics, templates, layouts, and visual standards for marketing activities across multiple channels—web, social media, events, email campaigns, and other activations
- Create vector illustrations for the app and marketing assets as needed.
- Develop and strengthen brand assets, including style and brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
- Maintain a set of design best practices and guidelines to streamline production efforts.
- Research the latest design trends to create compelling visuals for the brand.
- Solve marketing and business problems through creative design solutions.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to ensure cohesive visual storytelling.
Must-Haves (Min. Qualifications)
- prior internship experience in a startup, agency, or brand-side role in graphic design/branding.
- Strong understanding of brand identity and maintaining brand consistency.
- Proficiency inFigma and Adobe Creative Suite(Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro).
- A portfolio showcasing strong design aesthetics and creative storytelling.
- A proactive, self-driven approach with a hunger for learning and experimentation.
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively across teams.
Good to Have
- Experience with motion design or video editing.
- Ability to create illustrations that enhance brand storytelling.
- Openness to learning and experimentation.
