Job Description
We are seeking a Junior Associate Counselor to join our team in the Financial Services industry. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of work experience and will be responsible for providing counseling services to our clients. This position is specifically open for female (married) candidates.
Responsibilities:
. Provide counseling services to clients in the financial services industry
. Assist in developing and implementing counseling programs
. Conduct assessments and provide recommendations based on client needs
. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
. Collaborate with team members to ensure the highest level of client care
- Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or related field
- 1-3 years of counseling experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Knowledge of financial services industry is a plus
