About the role -

- To be an active contributor to the Knorex Advance Analysis Group (KAAG) , you will be involved in all aspects of campaign performance. You will be responsible for supporting the sales teams globally and servicing our advertisers.
- You are a key piece of the puzzle that converts customer marketing objectives into results through regular analysis of campaigns and assisting the Performance Specialist with relevant insights.
- You will coordinate effectively with various internal and external teams to consistently exceed expectations of campaign objectives/KPIs.
Measures of Success
In One Month, You Would Have -
- Establish an understanding of the business and nuances and needs of markets/advertisers.
- Become trained on the platforms required to create and analyze reports.
- Provide right, relevant insights to various teams to increase campaign performance in the region for performance.
In Six Months, You Would Have -
- Become the key point of contact for campaign performance reporting and liaise with Sales, Account Management & Operations team.
- Manage and be responsible for end to end reporting and analysis for assigned campaigns
In Twelve Months, You Would Have -
- Become an expert in our platforms as well driving performance analysis and optimization recommendation.
- Device new strategy & optimization theory to improve the performance of the campaign.
- Initiate new hypothesis and provide analysis and research to support
- Contribute to process optimizations; knowledge share with the wider teams and train others on approaches, processes, and standards.
- Serve as a thought leader and subject matter expert in key areas pertaining to performance.
Roles & Responsibilities -
- Work with agencies/advertisers to identify performance requirements. Develop the critical understanding of clients' and partners' business and their objectives.
- Manage the overall expectation, needs, and progress of the secured accounts and projects
- Coordinate work plan closely with the client and technical team to ensure successful and timely campaign delivery
- Prioritise tasks to meet multiple deadlines
- Review ongoing campaigns and suggest an optimization to exceed predefined KPIs.
- Cultivate and strengthen good business relationship with our new and existing clients and partners
- Develop knowledge of clients business, competition, and latest industry news and trends
- Work with the Director to formulate and execute programmatic media strategies.
