Job Summary:We are looking for a skilled Juice Maker to join our team in Dindigul. The ideal candidate should have experience in preparing a variety of fresh juices, smoothies, and other beverages while maintaining high standards of hygiene and presentation. The role requires creativity, efficiency, and the ability to handle customer orders in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare fresh juices, smoothies, and other beverages according to recipes and customer preferences.
- Wash, peel, and cut fruits and vegetables for juice extraction.
- Ensure the freshness and quality of ingredients by following proper storage and rotation techniques.
- Operate juicing machines, blenders, and other necessary kitchen equipment efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the preparation and serving areas.
- Serve customers promptly and handle orders efficiently.
- Innovate and introduce new juice recipes to enhance the menu.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers for replenishment of fruits and other ingredients.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide recommendations on juice combinations.
Qualifications & Requirements:- 1 to 3 years of experience in juice making, preferably in a juice shop, caf, or restaurant.
- Proficiency in making fresh juices and smoothies.
- Knowledge of different fruit and vegetable combinations for nutritional benefits.
- Good hygiene and food handling practices.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness.
- Customer service skills to interact with clients professionally.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple orders simultaneously.
- Basic inventory management skills to track ingredient usage.
