Job Description:


As a Junior Creative Copywriter, you will play a key role in adapting and optimizing brand messaging for Amazon listings. Your primary focus will be crafting high-impact, short-form copy—headlines, taglines, bullet points, and other key messaging elements—while maintaining brand consistency and adhering to Amazon’s best practices.  This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work efficiently within structured workflows, and a passion for creating compelling e-commerce content.


Core Responsibilities:


  • Write clear, engaging, and conversion-driven short-form copy for Amazon listings, including headlines, taglines, and bullet points.


  • Adapt existing brand messaging to optimize performance while ensuring alignment with established voice and style guidelines.


  • Collaborate with Art Directors to refine copy and incorporate feedback.


  • Ensure all content adheres to Amazon’s restricted and prohibited content guidelines.


  • Accurately input and format copy within structured workflows, including tasks that require extensive copying and pasting from various sources.


  • Maintain consistency, accuracy, and brand alignment across all written content.


  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to develop copywriting skills and stay updated on best practices.

  • Strong writing and editing skills with a focus on persuasive, short-form copy.


  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to brand voice and messaging guidelines.


  • Understanding of Amazon e-commerce copywriting best practices.


  • Detail-oriented approach with strong organizational skills.


  • Willingness to receive feedback and grow within a collaborative team environment.


  • Exposure to AI-driven copywriting tools and process optimization techniques.


Required Qualifications:


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


  • Some experience or coursework in copywriting, marketing, or a related field.

  • Proficiency in Google or Office Suite products.


  • Ability to work efficiently within structured workflows and meet deadlines.


  • Familiarity with Amazon’s content guidelines and best practices (preferred but not required).
