We are seeking passionate and skilled Jewelry CAD Designers to join our dynamic global team in our jewelry operations office. As a Jewelry CAD Designer, you will play a key role in bringing our intricate and detailed designs to life, crafting stunning 3D jewelry models that align with our global design vision. You will work across a wide array of designs, catering to a diverse international portfolio. If you have a keen eye for aesthetics, excellent technical proficiency, and a passion for jewelry design, this is the opportunity for you.
Responsibilities:
- Create detailed 3D models of intricate jewelry designs using advanced CAD software (e.g., Rhino, Matrix Gold, JewelCAD).
- Interpret sketches or design briefs/concepts and transform them into realistic, high-quality 3D models for design review, feedback, and importantly for manufacturing point of view.
- Collaborate closely with the design and operations teams to understand and execute design briefs, ensuring all creative and technical elements are captured.
- Ensure all designs meet our strict quality, safety, and manufacturing standards.
- Stay current with the latest trends in jewelry design, CAD technologies, and industry innovations.
- Conduct thorough quality control checks on designs to ensure precision and quality before production.
- Prepare and optimize CAD files for production, including 3D printing and other manufacturing processes.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of design processes and tools within the team.
