What success looks like in this role:
- Prior experience as Architect in creating solution design, architecture diagram and data models.
- Experience in successfully design and implement large complex enterprise applications.
- Ensure product is complaint with NFR (Non-Functional Requirements).
- Lead the technical team comprises for leads, Developers, testers and remove the technical roadblocks to meet the product delivery commitments. Hand on coding.
- Own the product technology roadmap and provide technology leadership.
- Responsible for the technical governance and manage the technical tasks for the project.
- Lead the technical best practices and principles on API and Microservice architecture.
- Work with the project manager to support project plans and correct resource and time allocation.
- Provide accurate estimations for new initiatives and suggest the optimal resources plans.
- Improve upon existing processes and team behaviors to create a positive culture in the workplace.
- Mentor, Coach the development team to make them self-sufficient in dealing with complex technical issues.
- Own the deliverables from development team. Review and accept all work deliverables from development team.
- Reduce the technical debts for the product on ongoing basis.

You will be successful in this role if you have:
- Minimum Education Required: bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer engineering.
- Minimum year’s relevant experience required: 12+ years of overall experience and minimum of 5 plus years as technical lead/architect.

- Experience in successfully design and implement large complex enterprise applications.
- Experience in digital transformation, transforming from Monolithic to Microservice application.
- Extensive knowledge in Cloud Services /AWS or Azure or GCP modules understanding and implementation along with multiple deployments.
- Mentor and guide development team to develop sustainable and scalable solutions as per defined standards.
- Experience in Liaise with customers and key stakeholders to manage contracts and relationships.
- Experience in providing technology leadership and own the technology roadmap for the product.
- provide a thought leadership to embrace the latest and greatest technology trends.
- Experience in RFP/RFI process and prepare and facilitate the on-boarding process for new customers.
- Expert Knowledge in Design Patterns, Enterprise architecture, Enterprise Java, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Microservices, Containerization
- Experience with API concepts and technologies such as REST, JSON, XML, SOAP, YAML, GraphQL, and Swagger.
- UI/UX technologies such as React, Angular, jQuery, JavaScript.
- Public cloud platform such as AWS, Azure, Google
- API Gateway such as Apigee,
- Cloud-based Kubernetes platform
- Jenkins & pipeline (CI/CD), Maven, Nexus
- NoSQL (E.g., MongoDB, Document DB)
- RDBMS and SQL (E.g., MySQL / Oracle)
- Distributed caching (E.g., REDIS)
- Centralized logging platform (E.g., ELK)
- End to end tracing
- App Performance Monitoring
- Service Mesh
- GIT (E.g., Gitlab / Bitbucket / GitHub)
- Fortify, Blackduck, SonarQube
- MQ Technology (E.g., IBM MQ / Rabbit MQ)
- Kafka
