We aim to be where the growth is, enabling businesses to thrive and economies to prosper, and, ultimately, helping people to fulfil their hopes and realise their ambitions.We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Lead Consultant Specialist.In this role, you will:Lead a POD of Java Developers, Dev Ops and Cloud Engineers, BA, and Testers.Ensure compliance with design principles, including microservices, cloud native architectures.Engage with Architects/Product owners to oversee workflow, design, and development of complex applications.Lead the projects from initiation to closure until business outcomes are achieved.Drive the cultural change towards automation first thinking across the teams.Ensure development of high quality, efficient, and scalable java-based solution by integrating automation across all phases of the project. Ensure OKRs in terms of release cadence, incidents, PDPTPPY, LTTD, etc are met.Represent functional aspects of External Entity data/KYC space in multiple initiatives / forums / hackathons, etc.Engage with senior Business and IT stakeholders of multiple GB / GFs. Demonstrate the solution capabilities and maximize on adoption within the Bank by cross-selling to multiple GB / GFs
