We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of a Lead Consultant Specialist.
Roles & Responsibilities:• As an IT Service Owner, develop, implement, maintain and support a strategic Collateral & Limits Management program within Credit & Lending IT.• Lead a team of 8-10 developers & testers while also setting up processes for reviews across the software development lifecycle• Assist IT & Business Delivery Lead with the overall business technology planning.• As a technology lead provide guidance to the team to design, develop, test and implement responsive web applications / APIs • Ensure the quality of deliveries and ensure conformance to processes and practices.• Delivering well structured, maintainable and fully tested systems to time and budget• Working through the development and support phases of project delivery. • Taking ownership of the technical design and associated design documentation, and participate in design reviews.• Mature DevSecOps adoption across the projects closely collaborating with global/regional team, adopting agile and innovative ideas.
