Enterprise-wide Software System Analyst is a member of Varian Information Technologies Enterprise Application Solutions Team based in Pune India. The primary responsibility of this position is to work with Radiation Treatment Solution program manager to on board Ethos Simulator customers, troubleshoot the issues and collaborate between cusotmer interfacing function and engineering team,.

More specifically, the role’s responsibilities include:

• use Teleport to provision new customer users by the delivery date,
• communicate users credentials back to customer users
• connect with Budapest DevOps team for troubleshooting
• work with clinical helpdesk on Emulator users credential related issue – ie. Password reset, cannot access. Etc.
• work with cusotmers via clinical helpdesk ticket system.

Job Requirements: Requires a BS in a technical field, such as computer science or engineering, with 2 to 3 years working on system/application configuration, specifically

• Passionate working with business and IT peers on delivering solution and fixing the issue on time;
• Proficient with a computer programming languages such as Java, HTML, PHP or scripting languages.
• Have some experience working with customer users. 
• Familiar with Saleforce is a plus.

Varian is required to comply with all local and applicable regulations that may be associated with vaccine requirements for certain roles.
