Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop both backend and frontend solutions using Core Java, SpringBoot, Microservices, and Angular.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
  • Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
  • Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.

Technical Skills:


Backend:


  • Experience in Software Product Industry.
  • Development experience in Java, J2EE.
  • Mandatory Experience with Core Java, SpringBoot, and Microservices.
  • Experience with multithreading, OOPS, Data Structures, and Design Patterns.
  • Experience developing with complex Database environments (Oracle/MSSQL).
  • Experience with continuous integration and Maven.

Frontend:


  • Mandatory Experience with Angular 2 and above versions.

Cloud Platform:


  • Mandatory Experience with AWS, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms.

Experience:


  • Minimum 4+ experience in operating within a global environment.

Day-to-Day Activities:


  • Write, maintain, and execute code for both backend and frontend tasks.
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues across the stack.
  • Participate in agile sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Monitor application performance and implement improvements.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Relevant certifications in software development and cloud technologies are a plus.

Soft Skills:


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and fast learner with a strong sense of ownership and drive.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
