Java Full Stack Developer - Assistant Manager

Application Developer will analyze, design, develop and maintain MQ services and web-based investment management accounting software in a client/server environment using Java-J2EE, Kafka, IBM MQ, React JS, HTML5, GIT, Cloud Computing, Strong SQL Knowledge. The candidate needs to have a very good understanding of financial domain and of Bank Loans asset class. The Candidate is expected to have experience in delivering the solution in a complex environment using Agile. The candidate will be working on building next-gen Bank Loans platform.As a Java Developer, you will be:

• Analyze and Develop solutions to the client needs as developer within a team following the agile development approach.
• Accountable for development of Bank Loans application platforms and/or Modules.
• Work closely with the Product Owner and others on requirements analysis, planning, project management, and execution.
• Migrate or develop new application on the cloud platform.
• Support production systems to ensure business continuity and continuous improvement of applications supported.
• Understand user needs and put forth options for solutions.
• Anticipate critical issues and risks; take responsibility for resolution across the organization.
• Provide advanced technical expertise in designing, estimating, and developing software applications to project schedule.
• Ability to diagnose and solve problems with existing software.

These skills will help you succeed in this role:Experience in working with Vendor platforms and critical transactional systems

• Minimum of 8-10 Years of Experience with Java, ReactJS, Spring boot, Strong SQL Knowledge, Data warehousing Concepts, Web Services.
• Good understanding of Financial domain preferably Bank Loans.
• Experience in various platforms & technologies; Linux, Windows, EMS, Autosys.
• Knowledge is Cloud technologies like AWS and Azure will be a Plus.
• Knowledge in Scala will be added advantage.
• Experience in agile delivery & adhering to SDLC processes.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, and collaboration experience.
• Exceptional analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to deal with uncertainty and organizational flux in an effective manner.
• Aptitude for learning new and complex environments, processes, and technologies.

Education & Preferred Qualifications:Minimum Bachelor’s Degree required
