Job Description

Experience (Total & Relevant) : 7+  years


Languages: English


Software Requirements:


  • Proficiency in Java (70%) and Angular (30%).
  • Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Analysis and Design across various platforms.
  • Experience in developing adaptive and responsive applications.

Overall Responsibilities:


  • Design, develop, and implement software applications in alignment with business goals.
  • Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring best practices in software development.
  • Collaborate with internal and external business partners to gather requirements and provide updates.
  • Participate in Agile development processes, including planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Continuously learn and apply new programming concepts and technologies to enhance development efficiency.

Technical Skills:


  • Proficiency in Java and Angular frameworks.
  • Experience in software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
  • Strong knowledge of adaptive and responsive design techniques.
  • Familiarity with software testing methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

Experience:


  • 7-10 years of experience in software design and development.
  • Proven track record of leading development projects and teams.
  • Experience in application design and software testing practices.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Strong leadership qualities and the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders.
