We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Lead Consultant Specialist.
In this role, you will:
- Work as IT service Owner for this application alongside POD Lead resposibilities.
- Work with the Product Owner, BAs, Solution & Platform Architects to identify changes required, create & agree necessary stories.
- Work with the Agile Lead(s) to ensure efficient flow of the backlog of change activities.
- Ensure deliveries are happening with good quality and consistently as per plan.
- Support the solution architect to ensure that solutions and services are supported by the right architectures & systems.
- Accountable for the operational stability, integrity and availability of products and services supported by the pod/application team.
- Ensure timely resolution of any issues and proactive communication to all stakeholders involved.
- Ensures the level of automation within the pod is always optimised, reducing the need for human intervention in the design, development, and operational lifecycles, including decisions on tooling to achieve optimal performance.
- Help up/multi-skill the team in line with Agile/DevOps ways of working.
- Proactively interacts with and provides support to delivery partners to ensure the needs of the business are met, while at the same time, understanding technical implications.
- Changes and application meet all required controls.
