Java Developer - (Spring Boot, Microservices, and Messaging Systems)

Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Java Developer with 1-3 years of experience in software development to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in Java 1.8 and above, coupled with hands-on experience in Spring Boot and Microservices architecture. Overall Responsibilities:

Software Development:

• Design, develop, and maintain Java applications with a focus on high-quality code and adherence to established coding standards.
• Implement functionality using Java 1.8 and above, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.

Microservices Architecture:

• Participate in developing and deploying microservices using Spring Boot to support scalable application architecture.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless integration of microservices within existing systems.

Messaging Systems:

• Work with messaging systems such as Kafka, Rabbit MQ, JMS, Active MQ, or IBM MQ to facilitate communication between distributed systems.
• Leverage these technologies to enhance application performance and reliability.

Collaboration and Teamwork:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including QA, product management, and operations, to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Engage in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing and best practices.

Problem-Solving:

• Apply strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues and optimize application performance under pressure.
• Participate in incident resolution and support application maintenance as needed.

Technical Skills:

• Java Proficiency: Strong experience in Java development with a focus on Java 1.8 or higher.

  
  

• Frameworks: Hands-on experience with Spring Boot for building robust and scalable applications.

  
  

• Microservices: Understanding of Microservices architecture and its principles for application development.

  
  

• Messaging Systems: Familiarity with messaging technologies such as Kafka, Rabbit MQ, JMS, Active MQ, or IBM MQ is a strong advantage.

  
  

Experience:

• At least 1-3 years of hands-on experience in Java software development.
• Exposure to the Banking or Capital Markets industry is a plus.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
