Overall Responsibilities:


As a Software Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing software solutions using Java. Your primary focus will be on utilizing polymorphism, hashcode, and collections to build efficient and scalable applications. You will be a key contributor to problem-solving and delivering high-quality code to meet business requirements.


Category-wise Technical Skills:


Java Expertise: Proficiency in Java programming language with a strong understanding of polymorphism, hashcode, and collections.


Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze complex problems and devise effective solutions using Java.


Software Development: Experience in software development, including design, coding, testing, and implementation.


Experience:


·         Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Java software development, with a focus on polymorphism, hashcode, and collections.


·         Proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions and addressing complex technical challenges.


Day-to-Day Activities:


·         Design and develop Java-based software solutions with a focus on polymorphism, hashcode, and collections.


·         Collaborate with the development team to implement efficient and scalable code.


·         Analyze and refine business requirements to develop effective software solutions.


·         Troubleshoot and debug software applications to ensure optimal performance.


Qualifications:


·         Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.


Soft Skills:


·         Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.


·         Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.


·         Self-motivated with a passion for learning and continuous improvement.
