About the Role:
Synechron is looking to hire a Technologist’s who are passionate about Testing. The successful candidate will be reporting into the Manager/Head of Testing.

Experience (Total & Relevant) : 5 to 7 years
Education Qualifications : Any Graduate or Postgraduate

Job Responsibilities:

Job Description: As a Senior Software Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing high-quality software solutions for our clients. You will play a critical role in driving our projects to success and will be expected to contribute with your deep technical insights and excellent coding skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop applications using Java and C# technologies.
• Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.
• Troubleshoot, test, and maintain the core product software to ensure strong optimization and functionality.
• Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor junior team members.
• Stay abreast of the latest technology trends and best practices in Java and C# development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software development with Java and C#.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing reliable, high-performance, and scalable software.
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
• Familiarity with continuous integration.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Technical Skills Required:

• Strong experience with Java, C#,.
• Experience with web services (REST, SOAP).
• Knowledge of front-end technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) is a plus.
• Experience with databases (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL) and ORM technologies (e.g., Hibernate).
• Understanding of Agile methodologies.
