Job Description

Rosetta Amazon Customer Service is seeking Japanese Language Specialist who will work closely with Ops, Program and Front-line teams to define opportunities for optimizing the quality and communication processes and be the single threaded owner for translation quality for JP. This role requires the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment, while adhering to tight deadlines. The ability to multitask and prioritize is essential as you will be managing multiple tasks in parallel. The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong analytical & communication skills, attention to details, and a commitment to excellence. In addition, the candidate must be proficient in written and verbal in Japanese & English with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Graduate degree in any discipline
• Proficient in Japanese and English. Candidate must demonstrate language proficiency in all the following writing, reading and comprehension. Required language level: JLPT N2 and above.
• Working knowledge of Computer Applications like- MS Word and MS Excel.
• Should be flexible to work in night shifts and rotational weeks off's and public holidays.
• Flexible in work timing.
• Good awareness of Japanese culture.
• Requires strong computer skills, Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Power Point and Word) to maintain reports and metrics.
• Familiarity with online retail (e-commerce)
