We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist
In this role, you will:
- This ITSO role will oversee Domestic payments infrastructure and its services, ensuring high availability, security, and performance while driving improvements to meet evolving business needs.
- Service Ownership: Own the end-to-end lifecycle of Domestic payments service, ensuring robust, secure, and compliant service delivery.
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal business units, IT teams, third-party vendors, and regulatory bodies regarding Domestic Payments service.
- Operational Excellence: Monitor service level agreements (SLAs), key performance indicators (KPIs), certificate renewal and performance metrics for both platforms, working proactively to resolve any issues.
- Incident & Problem Management: Oversee incident resolution and root cause analysis for both payment services, ensuring swift resolution and implementing preventive measures.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations, proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
- Service Improvements: Lead initiatives to enhance system performance, reliability, and customer experience, including process automation and integration with emerging technologies.
