About the team:
The Change Management Analyst Specialist is responsible for the implementation of change management processes, procedures, and best practices for highly complex software applications, infrastructure, and hosted solutions. The specialist establishes change management standards for both product and infrastructure maintenance and release
What you will be doing:
Works with infrastructure and application change owners to ensure all requests for change are executed according to defined policy and process so that change is introduced with minimal disruption to the business and meets internal, regulatory, and third party audit requirements.
Coordinates, convenes, and facilitates Change Advisory Boards and Emergency Change Advisory Boards (CABs and ECABs) containing both internal staff and customers.
Maintains a calendar of approved and agreed upon product and infrastructure maintenance schedules.
What you bring:
Experience in ITIL functions including Release and Change Management
Knowledge of methods, tools, and technology use to carry out tasks necessary to prepare deliverables on Distributed Systems (Linux, AIX, Solaris, etc.) and also in Public cloud.
Knowledge in Releases, Upgrades and Changes related to application software (e.g. IBM HTTP, Apache, WebSphere, JBOSS, Redhat Linux, Openshift, ORACLE, SQL, .NET, MYSQL etc.)
Ability to work with many cross-functional teams inside the IT organization along with Technology Services.
Ability to understand interdependencies between the physical and logical configurations within IT environments.
Ability to drive external and internal customer satisfaction.
