More than 8 years of development, configuration, upgrades, orchestration, and integration experience in building solution on ServiceNow platform.
Work closely with Customers to understand and translate their business and technical requirements, propose solutions to business problems and lead the technical delivery and implementation of the chosen solution.
Strong and hands on architect and designing capabilities. Must be able to single-handedly propose, own the architecture and design solution, execute proof of concept independently and execute innovative solution.
Strong Knowledge and hands on experience on ITBM, Service Request management and Platform management.
Should be able to work independently and in agile manner.
Nice to have the ServiceNow product management experience.
Strong flare for innovation and research, and able to apply it to practice.
Excellent communication skills – Should be able to drive customer presentations, explain solutions to customer audience, drive innovation workshop with customer in areas of cloud and mobility architectures.
ServiceNow System Administrator and Application Developer, Certification preferred.
