What you'll do


  • Work with S/4 HANA, Solution Manager, and Focused RUN to ensure smooth system operations and support.
  • Manage and monitor systems, integration (including message flow and PI), SCPI (I Flows and Cloud Connector), jobs, BW process chains, HANA & DB, security, and application logs.
  • Lead a 24x7 support team on a rotational basis, ensuring critical systems and applications are continuously monitored and maintained for various clients, using Solution Manager for SAP application monitoring.
  • Troubleshoot, analyse, and resolve technical issues, providing trend analysis and recommendations for ongoing improvements.
  • Maintain and review documentation related to application monitoring, maintenance processes, and schedules to ensure best practices are followed.
  • Ensure 100% adherence to delivery processes to guarantee optimal customer experiences.
  • Oversee shift handovers and provide regular updates on issues, escalations, and progress to management.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the support team, assisting with problem-solving and analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and organizational requirements, aligning with customer-specific needs.

What you bring


  • 8+ years of experience managing SAP Applications as a (Basis) Technology Consultant in a medium or large size firms.
  • Has Strong experience of monitoring SAP Applications across multiple landscapes
  • 3+ years of experience in BPA based automation with a focus on SAP systems.
  • Proven track record of automating IT services, especially in SAP environments.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and proceed with objectives with minimum supervision.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities, communicate task status clearly and meet deadlines with minimal supervision 
  • Should have strong technical foundation and strong problem-solving skills
  • Must be capable of working flexible hours sometimes under pressure of aggressive deadlines
  • Acts as a Knowledge leader in the team
  • Collaborate with the Customer partners to help in remediation and resolution

Personal Skills:


  • Self-starter with ability to acquire new skills autonomously.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills to drive Client interactions
  • Good team player and quick learner.

Education:


  • Graduate in Engineering / Computer science/ information/ computer applications.
  • Certification in SAP Basis, SAP Automation, or related fields.
