Position Summary: We are looking for an entry level SAP HANA Associate Consultant who, is highly motivated and enthusiastic, can become an integral part of the team & has a focus on databases and data management topics, experienced in SAP and SAP HANA best practices & willing to invest efforts in technical data management environment. We look forward to your contribution in Cloud Service Engineering processes and provide technical expertise across multiple technologies and business domains.

What you will do!

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist /Drive/Contribute in HANA technical tasks and maintenance of HANA storage templates and their automation
2. Supporting in Proof of Concepts, performance and tuning and provide on-demand technical expertise wherever required.
3. Support defining, implementing, and documenting processes for new solutions and services.
4. Identify and optimize existing processes by leveraging automation under the guidance of senior team members.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and translate them into solutions.
6. Assist in the evaluation and testing of existing procedures and frameworks to ensure accuracy and reliability.
7. Document processes, methodologies, and results for knowledge sharing and future reference.

What you bring !

Experience and Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s Degree / master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or similar with 3-6 years of related experience
2. Experience with SAP HANA internals & SAP HANA Database management/administration, monitoring and maintenance, patching /upgrades etc.
3. Experience / Knowledge in HANA performance and tuning, Root cause analysis, HANA system replication, HANA scale-out systems & various extension options like Native Storage Extension, Extension Nodes.
4. Experience / Knowledge in SAP Business continuity / resiliency topics including HADR etc.
5. Experience / Hands-on in SAP HANA SQL Script or any other scripting languages like Python/Shell/Perl
6. Basic understanding of Virtualization, Storage and Network.
7. Fair understanding of SAP architecture knowledge desirable to comprehend customer needs & solution appropriately.
8. Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset.
9. Ability to work in a collaborative team environment & continuously learn and upskill to maximize contributions to a fast-evolving organization.

Preferred Skills:

1. Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
2. Basic Understanding of HANA sizing and infrastructure fundamentals like Virtualization, Storage and Network.
3. Knowledge in designing, implementing, and onboarding Cloud Services and solutions to the solutions Portfolio.
4. Good to have exposure to S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, OLTP, OLAP systems
5. Familiarity with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and/or SAP BTP and other SAP SaaS solutions & other SAP Database products – SAP ASE, SAP IQ, SAP Replication Server.
6. Familiarity with RISE with SAP (Private cloud) offerings
7. Familiarity with Artificial intelligence / Machine learning & leverage that knowledge in existing processes or delivery.
