Job Summary:
·Provides advanced break/fix support (PC’s/Personal Printers/Multifunction Printers/faxes/legacy phone systems).
·Perform on-site, repair and/or installation of computers.
·Providing technical support to Internal customers on operational or maintenance aspects of equipment.
·Performing general maintenance tasks and resolves problems immediately, while more complex issues are identified to a higher level of support.
·Diagnosing mechanical, hardware, software, and systems failures, using established procedures.
·Aligns business needs to IT hardware and network capabilities.
·Supports business/sector specific IT infrastructure and hands on activities.
·Identifies opportunities to leverage and improve use of IT infrastructure.
·Develops improvement recommendations to optimize service delivery.
·Participate and contribute to asset optimization.
