Job purpose
This role objective is to ensure the continuity of IT support and services throughout the hotel systems.

Duties and responsibilities
- Contributes general knowledge and skill in technology to provide first- and some second-level support and break-fix (repairs, installations, maintenance of all property & above property-based systems) for multiple units.
- Generally works under supervision and within well-established guidelines to complete routine tasks. Is responsible for performing repairs, installations, and maintenance on all property & above property-based technologies.
- Has knowledge of technology equipment/processes and IHG proprietary technologies. Is responsible for following IHG guidelines in the form of SOPs
- Follow all company policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager.
- Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets. Address guests’ service needs; assist other employees. Speak with others using clear and professional language; answer telephones using appropriate etiquette.
- Serve as role model and first point of contact of the Guarantee of Fair Treatment/Open Door Policy process.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team to reach common goals.
- Ensure adherence to quality expectations/standards; identify, recommend, develop, and implement new ways to increase organizational efficiency, productivity, quality, safety, and/or cost-savings.
- Enter and locate information using computers/ Point of Sale (POS) systems. Move up and down stairs/ramps. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
Qualifications and requirements
- Preferably a diploma holder/ Graduate in Computer Science with basic knowledge of IT procedures
- Minimum experience of 1-2 years in the same field.
