You’ll break new ground by:

• To provide architectural oversight and governance across the ServiceNow platform, ensuring consistency, adherence to design principles, and minimization of platform customization. Provide technical governance in multiple provider environment and guiding them to successfully implement strategic initiatives.
• The Senior ServiceNow Techno-Functional expert will work closely with providers to design a cohesive framework of applications, integrations, data, security, SLAs, workflows, AI Adoption and processes. They will lead the technical design working group, provide technical assistance, and suggest improvements to ensure a secure, robust, and scalable platform. technical solutions.
• Business Analysis:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
  • Analyze and translate business needs into functional specifications.
  • Conduct gap analysis and recommend solutions to improve business processes.
  • Facilitate effective communication between business users and the development team.
• ServiceNow Development:
  • Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications and modules.
  • Customize ServiceNow applications and facilitate the rollout of new applications and modules.
  • Develop and configure workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems using APIs and integration tools.
• Project Management:
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure successful project completion.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and collaboration.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status and progress.
• Support and Maintenance:
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for ServiceNow applications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications and integrations.
  • Ensure compliance with ServiceNow best practices and standards.

You’re excited to build on your existing expertise, including:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in ServiceNow development and business analysis.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, and HRSD.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting languages.
• Experience with ServiceNow integration using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD) certifications are preferred.
• Experience in ITIL process definition and implementation.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in a Scrum team.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and data model.
• Ability to mentor and provide technical guidance to junior team members.
