Key roles and responsibilities include:
Perform testing on features and functionalities in Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Experience Cloud
Work closely with cross functional teams including business analysts and developers to validate the business requirements through functional, system integration, regression and UAT testing
Collaborate effectively with the Product owners, Business Analysts, development teams, stakeholders to understand system architecture of the product and design for effective test planning.
Create detailed test plans, test cases, test data, and test scripts including development of documentation, prioritization and estimates of work effort.
Identify bugs quickly and communicate them clearly and accurately to dev teams
Investigate blockers and report them in a timely manner for quick resolution
Utilize JIRA for defect tracking, ensuring accurate documentation and communication of issues.
Experience working in an Agile environment
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our QA processes. Create and maintain documentation related to new features and enhancements on Salesforce platform.
3+ years hands-on experience with testing applications on Salesforce platform
Experience in creating, executing and debugging automated test scripts using java based automation framework
Experience in test methodologies including automation, functional, qualitative, and performance against iterative development
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Experience and Skills:
Salesforce, SQL, Selenium, Java
