You’ll break new ground by:


  • We are seeking a Service Portfolio Manager to drive operational Siemens IT service portfolio management in close collaboration with IT Service Owners. Adapt to changing market demands while maintaining high IT service quality and operational efficiency.
  • You'll collaborate with key stakeholders to manage service portfolio of hundreds of IT services to ensure operational excellence. This involves analyzing and optimizing the service portfolio, and alignment of IT services with business strategies.
  • Maintain the IT Service Portfolio of service in your scope.
  • Take care on entire lifecycle of IT Services, and Service Offerings.
  • Ensure implementation of Siemens Service Design Criteria and Service Offering Guidelines.
  • Through reporting and analysis, pinpoint inconsistencies and underlying issues.
  • Act in full coordination with the Stakeholders (Value Center Heads, Service Owner/Manager) to ensure compliance and accurate up-to-date data.
  • Manage references to Budget planning (Placon) and Contract Database.
  • Drive E2E Management of Service Integration which is including Service Dependencies and links to contributing Applications.
  • Drive improvement in process and tool functionalities for Service Portfolio.
  • Act as operational escalation contact for process related questions.
  • Provide support and guidance to assist responsible parties.
  • Collaborate with respective management areas when further escalation and support are required.

You’re excited to build on your existing expertise, including:


  • At least 2 years of professional experience in the area.
  • Strong verbal and written skills.
  • Advanced English language (mandatory).
  • Ability to build long-term relationships with internal colleagues and external providers
  • Team player and enjoy working in an international and cross-functional team
  • Working knowledge of ServiceNow environment.
  • Ability to work independently and take decisions where necessary
  • Good analytical and reasoning skills.
  • Familiarity with IT Services and Applications.
  • Multitask in fast paced, evolving environment.
  • Familiar with IT outsourcing contracts, SLA / KPI’s.
  • Soft Skills (Communication and Relationship management):
  • Good negotiation skills.
  • Passion for customer service.
  • ITIL Certifications are a plus.
