- Participate in Problem Solving discussions.
- Ensure client satisfaction by managing delivery for IT production systems and services.
- Support the infrastructure service management lifecycle.
- Provide operational support to ensure production systems and devices are online and available.
- Collaborate with team members to address and resolve critical incidents.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of IT service management processes.
- Assist in the identification and mitigation of risks to IT services. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Infrastructure Service Management.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Critical Incident Management.
- Knowledge of ITIL framework and best practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 0-2 years of experience in Infrastructure Service Management.
