Job Description






To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to hire IT Security Compliance Manager who is based out of in Coimbatore location.


Reporting to the Business Chief Information Security Officer, the IT Security Field Manager role involves assessing compliance, coordinating security improvement programs, and supporting customer engagements at regional locations. Responsible for providing technical expertise and identifying, evaluating, and developing policies, and procedures that support cyber security management in local sites; consulting local IT professionals regarding cyber security best practices; coordinating customer driven cyber security topics, programs, and audit remediations between local and corporate teams.


What a typical day looks like:


  • Advocate for strong cyber security practices at local factories and design centers across multiple industries
  • Work with local and customer teams to ensure compliance to internal policies, industry standards and contractual requirements
  • Analysis of cyber security contract clauses, review, and feedback to local business teams
  • Support local teams with audits and assessments from customers
  • Provide input on unique site requirements and issues to support roadmap development with a broader corporate security team
  • Establish clear communication channels between local teams and corporate security functions
  • Deliver proactive communications and reports to local teams and customers
  • Travel (according to current regulations) as required to support local teams

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:


  • Any Bachelor’s or Master degree or any other equivalent qualification
  • 5 -10Yrs of experience in IT and 5+Yrs in IT Security compliance.
  • 1-3years of strong program management skills - Fostering and collaboration between teams
  • Creating plans and follow-up and managing actions Strong analysis skills: the ability to make critical business recommendations and think strategically.
  • Strong understanding of collaboration processes and challenges
  • Experience in cyber security compliance, specifically audit experience
  • Background or strong foundational knowledge in infrastructure security and/or OT security
  • Interpersonal communication and language skills (e.g., listening to others, speaking to others, reading, writing, attention to detail)
  • Written and verbal communication in English - Contract reviews and audits
  • Preferred experience working in manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to prioritize, organize and manage time efficiently
  • Proven ability to learn quickly - Learn and adapt
  • Experience in cyber security compliance, specifically audit experience - Good to have
  • Certifications in security – preferred
  • Shift timings:11am – 8 pm
