Job Title: IT Security Architect
Location: Mumbai/Pune
Responsibilities:
Define and maintain the security architecture aligned with organizational IT infrastructure.
Implement technical controls for access management and authentication in line with ISO standards.
Design data protection protocols, including encryption and masking, to secure sensitive information.
Oversee the secure development and life cycle of software projects, ensuring compliance with security requirements.
Manage security configurations and changes to maintain the integrity of IT systems.
Facilitate regular security risk assessments and apply necessary treatments to mitigate identified risks.
Design, develop and manage identity and access management architecture
Key Success Criteria:
Effective communication of technical security requirements.
Proactive involvement in technical compliance reviews.
Strong collaboration with technical teams across Hempel.
Visibility and proactive engagement in technical projects.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or other technical field.
Relevant security certifications (CISSP or similar) are advantageous.
Minimum of 5 years of technical experience in IT security and architecture.
Strong understanding of security principles and good practices.
Good understanding of identity management and access control systems.
Experience in performing technical security risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
Exceptional technical curiosity and a strong desire to contribute to a more secure organization as a collaborative team player.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
Fluent oral and written English communication skills
