Our team is reporting to the COO of Enterprise Cloud Services and our ECS Governance and Operations team drives the Business Governance for global and regional business areas/topics for SAP Enterprise Cloud Services.

The Role:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior IT Project Consultant to join our team and drive AI-powered Business Governance for SAP Enterprise Cloud Services (ECS). The role includes but is not limited to 

• Design and implement new AI-based solutions to enhance business governance and operational efficiency in alignment with ECS’s overall strategy and financial goals
• Enhance and maintain the existing GenAI based Chatbot application
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable insights using SAP Analytics Cloud or by developing new AI-driven solutions.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including AIOps, Data management, and Security experts to ensure the AI solutions are robust and scalable.
• Prepare and present complex AI use cases, data analyses, and business insights in a clear and compelling manner to C-Level executives and senior management.

Role Requirement:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, mathematics, business informatics or other related field.
• Proven experience in AI project, including hands-on work with Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, or AI agents.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python.
• Experience with SAP technologies like SAC (SAP Analytics Cloud), BTP (Business Technology Platform), HANA Cloud Database, and Joule is beneficial.
• Knowledge in Business operations, Finance and Controlling is a plus.
• Curiosity and interest to experiment and adopt new technologies and frameworks.
• Proactive thinking, quality focused, and team player.
• Good Communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent in English.
