Roles Summary


We are looking for IT Project and Business Support Lead to plan and track on high priority technology projects along with playing the role of a Scrum Master. The role requires good understanding of Program management, Contracts Managements, Financial Management, Resource Management including professional services/contractors. The role will coordinate with Business and IT stakeholders across various global locations. 


As a Project Manager you will be responsible for


  • Developing and maintaining roadmaps and project plans with milestones, dependencies and releases of complex multi-phase, multi-region critical programs/projects
  • Facilitating and integrating dependent upstream and downstream tasks and activities related to project delivery
  • Supporting and maintaining program/project level governance control procedures, such as resource utilization, change control and financials
  • Playing the role of a scrum master facilitating the team in resolving roadblocks, building Kanban & Scrum metrics, analyze, define & drive improvements bringing in better Agile Delivery Maturity in the team
  • Identifying delivery risks and issues and facilitating resolution, in collaboration with delivery team
  • Tracking & analyzing financials budgets, allocations and forecasts through out planning and execution cycles
  • Ensuring project artifacts are audit ready and compliant with SDLC policies/procedures and other applicable requirements
  • Collaborating with global PMO teams in USA to synch up on overall portfolio for budgets and tracking
  • Proactive Communications(presentations) with program sponsors, IT and Business sponsor and delivery teams and other stakeholders concerning the program status and progress
  • Managing and coaching junior team members; this could also include direct management of some staff members.

Core/Must have skills


  • 10+ years of overall experience and minimum of 5 years of Program Management experience
  • Experience working as a Scrum Master
  • Strong experience in SharePoint, Clarity, Beeline, JIRA, MS Project, MS Powerpoint and other project management tools 
  • Excellent skills in preparing crisp and effective powerpoint presentations
  • Excellent and proactive communication, articulation and collaboration skills

Good to have skills


  • PMI or Prince2 professional qualifications preferable
  • Scrum Master Certification
  • Good understanding of waterfall and Agile SDLC methodology
