LeadAIinitiativesfromaproductmanagementperspective,overseeingtoolslikeGemini,ChatGPT,SlackAI,GleanAI,andGenAIHub.
DrivethesuccessfulexecutionofPoCs,useradoption,trainingandenablement andperformancetracking.
MeasureandreportonmetricssuchasUserAdoptionRate,ModelAccuracy, andBusinessImpact.
OKRs/WorkboardTransformationinITOperations:
RolloutOKRsacrossproductdepartment,ensuringvisibilityandalignmentwith strategicgoals.
LeadMonthlyBusinessReviews(MBRs)andmanagescorecardstotrack progressandmeasureoutcomesforproduct.
Fosteradata-drivenculturewithinITOperationsbyimplementingdataDNA practices.
