AbouttheRole:


AsaSr.ProductManagerforITOperationsatCrowdStrike,youwillplayapivotal roleinshapingthefutureofourIT-managedplatforms,tools,andAIinitiatives. Youwilldrivetheproductmanagementlifecycleforkeyinternalplatforms, ensuringtheymeettheneedsofvariousdepartments,includingITOperations, Engineering,ProductManagement,Finance,HumanResources,andLegal.Your leadershipwillbecrucialinexecutingseamlessProofofConcepts(PoCs),driving useradoption,deliveringtraining,andtrackinganalyticsandproduct performance.




What You'll Do:
PlatformManagementasaProduct:


  • ProductmanagekeyITplatforms,applications,andtoolsasinternalproducts withafocusonlifecyclemanagement,userexperience,andcontinuous improvement.


  • Collaboratewithdepartmentheadsandexecutivesponsorstoensureplatforms


  • meetstrategicbusinessneedsanddelivermaximumvalue.



ProductManagementofAIInitiatives:


  • LeadAIinitiativesfromaproductmanagementperspective,overseeingtoolslikeGemini,ChatGPT,SlackAI,GleanAI,andGenAIHub.


  • DrivethesuccessfulexecutionofPoCs,useradoption,trainingandenablement andperformancetracking.


  • MeasureandreportonmetricssuchasUserAdoptionRate,ModelAccuracy, andBusinessImpact.



OKRs/WorkboardTransformationinITOperations:


  • RolloutOKRsacrossproductdepartment,ensuringvisibilityandalignmentwith strategicgoals.


  • LeadMonthlyBusinessReviews(MBRs)andmanagescorecardstotrack progressandmeasureoutcomesforproduct.


  • Fosteradata-drivenculturewithinITOperationsbyimplementingdataDNA practices.


  •  MetricsandKPIsManagement: Define,track,andreportonkeyperformanceindicators(KPIs)relatedto platformperformance,customersatisfaction,AIadoption,andbusinessimpact.


  • FocusonmetricssuchasPlatformUptime,iNPS,XLA,CSAT,andROItodrive continuousimprovement.

What You'll Need:


  • ProvenexperienceintechnicalproductmanagementpreferablywithinIT,witha focusonplatform/applicationmanagementandAIinitiatives.


  • StrongunderstandingofOKRsandtheirimplementationinITenvironments.


  • Excellentcommunicationskills,withtheabilitytocollaborateeffectivelywith stakeholdersacrossvariousdepartments.


  • Data-drivenmindsetwithastrongfocusonmetricsandKPIs.
