Qualification :-


Batcheler degree in IT, Engineering, or comparable discipline


SAP certification preferred- SD/MM Module


Skill sets & experience:


·5 to 8 years’ experience in ERP & Non ERP applications. Experience in IT landscape ofmanufacturing industries


·Relationship management soft skills (Stakeholder mgmt. customer centricity, conflict management, design thinking


·Relevant professional experience in an IT environment and you will have ideally already gained experience of implementing complex ERP, Non ERP, Infrastructure IT projects" as per business requirement


·"Effective communication (Spoken and written English) using multiple media.


·Experience in working with leadership, independently. Persuasive and organized.


·Willingness to learn, grasp and adapt new skills. Enthusiastic and Experimental. Ready to learn from failures.


·Good experience of handling user issues/escalations to get it resolved with external IT partners


·Ability to learn and execute a wide variety of tasks within numerous systems & integrations


Job profile:


As an IT Partner Professional, you will be directly responsible for the assigned business/ functions to drive strategic initiatives and process improvements via technology. The ideal candidate should have deep process knowledge (product business), strong technical expertise and a solid understanding of overall business enterprise setup. In addition, exceptional soft skills and people orientation are essential for success in this role


·Learn and execute a wide variety of tasks within numerous systems & integrations


·Act as owner of the entire end to end solution from requirement gathering, define scope & ensuring successful implementation of the agreed business requirement.


·Requirement analysis, managing demands, projects, and services, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail and a solution-oriented mindset


·Should handle SAP developments, migration, Non ERP applications integrations, handle infrastructure set ups.


·Act as trusted advocate of the business within the IT organization. Sharing best practices.


·handling business user issues/escalations to get it resolved with external IT partners


·Handle Project planning & implementing solutions of ERP & Non ERP work packages up to user satisfaction


·Annual IT Cost planning for the IT projects & annual operational cost


·Optimize user authorizations, Licenses for Non ERP application for cost control
