The IT Operations Coordinator supports the local IT Organization to ensure smooth functioning of various operational aspects within the IT department including creating training schedules, coordinating panel interviews with Talent Acquisition for open roles, planning for IT operational needs and organizing IT events. The successful candidate will play a key role in optimizing processes and ensuring efficiency in day-to-day IT operations.


Develop and maintain comprehensive training schedules for IT Team members, coordinating with IT leaders to ensure timely and effective training sessions, coordinating with office facilities for event planning as needed, monitoring and tracking progress in training programs and communicating status to relevant leaders.


Coordinate and schedule interviews for FCS IT candidates in collaboration with


Hiring Managers and Talent Acquisition. Ensure timely and detailed feedback is returned to Talent Acquisition. Ensure a seamless and positive experience for IT candidates throughout the interview process. Communicate interview details to all IT team members involved.


Collaborate with IT team leaders to plan and implement operational strategies. Identify areas for process improvement within IT Operations and contribute to the development of efficient workflows. Proactively address operational challenges within the IT department and find effective solutions


Provide administrative support to the IT department as needed. Assist in document preparation, data entry and record-keeping specific to IT Operations. Coordinate for storage and distribution of RSM-branded inventory for contests, FCS IT employees and related items.


Review time entry for FCS IT FTE and Staff Aug Contractors to ensure compliance with firm standards for Hours Worked, Administrative Time and Non-Working Time.


Plan and organize various IT events, including workshops, training sessions and team-building activities. Coordinate logistics such as venue selection, catering and audio-visual requirements for IT events, directly where local to the office or with local resources for remote offices. Manage invitations, RSVPs, and follow-up communication for IT events.

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS


• MBA or BA or equivalent or related field.


EXPERIENCE


5+ years of Proven experience in IT Operations coordination, administrative support or a similar role.


Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills within an IT context.


• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling IT-related tasks.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software used in IT environments.


• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced IT environment
