We are looking for IT Operations & Digitalization Engineer

You’ll make a difference by

Job Summary:

• Provide proactive and comprehensive IT support for the Dahod 9K project's critical IT Infrastructure and IT operations.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to business users during major breakdown, escalation, or enhancement for new technology at site.
• Manage and oversee the installation and configuration of hardware in the new facility.
• Collaborate with the site leadership team to identify and implement digitalization opportunities.
• Act as a liaison between IT team and the vendors, facilitating seamless communication and addressing user concerns promptly during an escalation.
• Collaborate closely with local Internet Service Providers (ISPs) to resolve connectivity issues and ensure consistent network performance.
• Coordinate with the corporate network team to align on network support strategies and implement best practices for the Dahod site.
• Act as the primary point of contact for network-related escalations, working with both local ISPs and the corporate network team to maintain seamless internet and intranet services.
• Act as a Digitalization champion for the Dahod site and work for new initiative or demands with plant manager and IT team.
• Provide proactive and comprehensive IT support for the Dahod 9K project's critical IT infrastructure and operations.
• Offer ongoing support and guidance to business users during major breakdowns, escalations, or enhancements for new technology at the site.
• Act as a liaison between the IT team, Corporate Data Center Team and vendors, facilitating seamless communication and promptly addressing user concerns during escalations.
• Serve as the Digitalization Champion for the Dahod site, working on new initiatives and demands with the plant manager and IT team.
• Ensure smooth implementation and maintenance of all critical IT systems and applications within the new factory.
• Coordinate with the central IT department to align the site's technology strategies with corporate objectives.
• Lead efforts to upgrade and modernize legacy systems to enhance overall IT infrastructure.

Desired Skills:

• Graduate in Computers or MCA or related field required.
• Should have at least 5 years’ experience in the IT Operations.
