We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Manager to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of technical expertise, project management proficiency, and exceptional communication skills. As an IT Manager, you will help lead our IT Center of Excellence (CoE), ensuring the successful delivery of IT projects, fostering a collaborative team environment, and driving the strategic vision of our IT initiatives.


Responsibilities:


Project Management:


  • Lead and manage IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope.


  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.


  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.


  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring successful project outcomes.


Key Member of the Leadership Team:


  • Serve as a key member of the leadership team, providing strategic input and contributing to overall business decisions.


  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute the IT strategy, aligning with overall business objectives.


  • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting professional growth and development.


  • Set performance goals, conduct regular performance reviews, and provide constructive feedback.


  • Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the IT CoE.


  • Monitor performance metrics and KPIs to ensure the IT CoE is meeting its objectives.


  • Recruit, train, and mentor IT staff, building a high-performing team.


Technical Expertise:


  • Stay abreast of the latest IT trends and technologies, ensuring the company remains at the forefront of industry advancements.


  • Provide technical guidance and support to the team, troubleshooting complex issues as needed.


  • Ensure the implementation of best practices in IT infrastructure, security, and operations.


Communication Skills:


  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, translating technical concepts into clear, actionable insights.


  • Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations to senior management, internal customers, and other stakeholders.


  • Facilitate meetings and workshops, ensuring clear communication and productive outcomes.


Strategic Planning:


  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive the implementation of innovative solutions.


  • Monitor industry trends and assess their potential impact on the organization, making strategic recommendations.


  • Focus on innovation and continuous growth while dealing with IT CoE activities.


  • Creative in problem-solving and new solutions to complex issues.


  • Ability for learning and development at a fast pace.


Requirement:


  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL) is a plus.


  • Proven experience (5+ years) in IT management, with a strong track record of leading successful projects and teams.


  • Demonstrated expertise in project management, including experience with project management tools and methodologies.


  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.


  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.


  • In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, security, and operations.


  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., MS Office, project management software, ITSM tools).
