Could you be the full-time IT Infrastructure Solutions Expert in our dynamic team we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive cloud services and IT infrastructure expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside innovative, dedicated, and solution-driven teammates.
You'll maintain the stability and performance of our Azure cloud platform, ensuring seamless operations. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (cybersecurity, network, cloud & compute), coordinate with service providers, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of incident and problem management, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate technical support and user assistance, but also manage security audits and compliance.
We’ll look to you for:
Maintaining platform stability and optimal performance
Incident and problem management with swift resolution
Technical support and user assistance
Monitoring & alerting to preempt potential issues
Security audits and vulnerability management
Access controls and identity management

Degree in Engineering or equivalent
9+years of Experience or understanding of public cloud services, especially Microsoft Azure
Knowledge of operating systems, mainly Windows
Familiarity with network concepts (firewall, VPN, etc.)
Azure Administrator certification (AZ 104 or equivalent)
Proactive in making technical decisions
Ability to understand customer context and Alstom products
