IT Implementation Manager (TMS)

• Supports the deployment of strategic IT Product.
• Supports the consolidation of local IT applications in line with the global strategy.

Business Partner

• Build strong working relationships with the Country Management teams
• Build working relationships with the Regional and Global Product Management teams.
• Contribution to improving the country business unit P&L through effective usage of IT services and solutions.

Product Management

• Management and support of local applications and solutions throughout their life cycle.
• Manage deployment / implementation of regional TMS products and their support.
• Monitor application performance.
• Budget management – Applications and Development.

The role is responsible for managing the configuration, implementation and support aspects of E2O TMS, Delivery Connect (DHL last-mile delivery application), MySC (DHL customer portal), Data Analytical Tools and any other auxiliary application required for Transport operations.

Expected years of experience

(Minimum)

Minimum 2-3 years’ experience within IT Domain

Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in product management – TMS

Minimum 1-2 years working experience of Database querying, Reporting & BI tools usage - (Jasper, PowerBI, Tableu)

Expected Educational Qualifications

·       University bachelor degree in a business discipline or relevant education and work experience preferably in Forwarding /Logistic sector

·       Fluent in English (verbal and written)
