Job Description:We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our IT staffing team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates who are eager to start their careers in the recruitment industry and gain valuable experience in IT staffing.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing, recruiting, and placing IT professionals for various positions.
  
• Learn and utilize different sourcing techniques including job boards, social media, and networking.
  
• Support senior recruiters in conducting preliminary interviews to assess candidates' technical skills and cultural fit.
  
• Maintain and update records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand client requirements and help in matching the right talent.
  
• Participate in training programs to develop recruiting skills and industry knowledge.
  
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in IT staffing.
  

Qualifications:

• Recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  
• Strong interest in IT staffing and recruitment.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
  
• Basic understanding of IT roles and technologies is a plus.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and a willingness to learn new tools.
