The Position
As an SAP ABAP RAP developer at Novo Nordisk, you will be anchoring below responsibilities:


  • Develop and debug ABAP code and optimize application performance while ensuring efficient and scalable solutions.
  • Support NovoNordisk SAP business processes with ABAP technical suggestions and enhancements.
  • Responsible for developing applications using the ABAP RAP, including creating business objects, behaviour definitions, and service definitions.
  • Coordinate and validate tests.
  • Facilitate communication and engagement with pertinent stakeholders.

Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Should have 5+years of relevant experience in SAP ABAP development.
  • Proficient in ABAP programming language with knowledge of syntax, data types, and object-oriented programming.
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA, particularly in the context of ABAP RAP development.
  • Proficient in working with CDS views, integral to ABAP RAP development for defining and consuming data models.
  • Familiarity with integration concepts and the ability to work with APIs and web services for integration with other systems/services.

Enterprise Platform and Technology Services is the unit responsible for several global IT systems at Novo Nordisk, including the operation, maintenance, support, and development of these systems. The systems are used on a global scale by all areas of the business from R&D to Sales and are critical to the execution of key business processes such as development, manufacturing, sales, finance, etc. Our team is based in multiple locations, fostering a collaborative and dynamic atmosphere.
