The Position
As an IT Developer at Novo Nordisk, you will be anchoring below responsibilities:


  • Design, build, and configure Salesforce Service Cloud and Vonage Contact Center application to meet business requirements and support reported user issues.
  • Translate product backlog items into technical features and stories, and ensure Agile practices for International Operations Customer Contact Center solution alongside stakeholders.
  • Configure and customize Salesforce (SFDC) platform via objects, security settings, approval process, flows, group/sharing management, user access management.
  • Responsible for designing and implementing call flows and IVR systems and integrating Vonage VCC with Salesforce Service Cloud.
  • Troubleshooting and issue resolution related to Vonage Virtual Contact Centre and Salesforce Service Cloud integration.

Qualifications 


  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Should have overall 7+years of experience with relevant experience 4+years in Sales force Service cloud and 1+years in Vonage Virtual Contact Centre.
  • Proficiency in Vonage VCC administration and configuration.
  • Prior experience in Salesforce Service Cloud implementation and customization.
  • Knowledge of call centre operations and management.
  • Understanding of telephony integration and CTI adapters.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce automation tools such as Process Builder and Workflow Rules.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce data management and migration. 
  • Good knowledge of General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or similar privacy legislation (Preferred).
  • Experience with Pharmaceutical Organization with hands on GxP validated solutions (preferred).
  • Good to have certification in Salesforce Service Cloud or Vonage VCC administration .
